S.O. 1323 / ESS / COMM / IRON & STEEL / 65.- The following Notification issued by the Iron and Steel Controller is published for general information:-
" NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clauses 4 , 5 , 7 15 , 18 , 19 , 20 and 27 of the Iron & Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 , I , Nagendra Bahadur , Iron and Steel Controller , with the approval of the Central Government , do hereby authorise that any personerson may acquire or agree to acquire , and any person may dispose of or agree to dispose of, without any Quota Certificate or permit or authorisation letter , Tin bars , within India . The following amendment to the Government of India Notification No. S.O. 770 - PRI / 84 / N/ ESS . COMM/ IRON & STEEL / 15 ( 1 ) -27 ( 1 ) , dated the 6th March , 1965 published in Part 11 Section 3- Sub - section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 6th March , 1965 as amendment from time to time is notified :-
Amendent
"Delete Tin bars from Schedule IV "
The above amendment takes effect from the date of publication of this Notifi- cation in the Gazette of India .
