NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 27th April, 1963
S.O. 1422.—The following draft notification which the Central Government, alter considering the recommendations of the Export Inspection Council proposes to issue under section 6 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act. 1963 (22 of 1963), is hereby published for general information as required by sub-rule (6) of rule 11 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964. Notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on or after the 27th May, 1965 and that any objection or suggestion with respect to the same received before the aforesaid date will be considered by the Central Government.
Draft Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Export (Quality Con- trol and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 4393, dated the 28th December, 1964, namely:—
(1) In clause (3) of paragraph 1 of the said notification for the word, abbre- viation and figures "and IS:2875-1964" the word, abbreviations and figures "IS; 2875-1964 and IS: 2566-1965" shall be substituted.
(2) In-clause (ii) of paragraph 3 after the existing entries the following entry shall be inserted, namely: —
"(d) B-Twill jute bags IS: 2566-1965".

Notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on or after the 27th May, 1965 and that any objection or suggestion with respect to the said draft received before the atoresaid date will be considered by the Central Government.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Export (Quality Con- trol and Inspection) Act, lt)63 (22 ol lDti3) and after considering the recommen- dations of the Export Inspection Council, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of india in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 4394, uatcd the 2bth December, 1964, namely: —
In the said notification, in clause (ii) of the Explanation, after item (c) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted namely: —
"(d) B-Twill jute bags IS: 2566-1965".

S.O. 1424.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 11)63 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Export of Jute Hessian and Jute Sacking (Inspection) Kules, 1964, namely: —
1. These rules may be called the Export of Jute Hessian and Jute Sacking (Inspection) Amendment Kules, 1965.
2. In rule 1 of the Export of Jute Hessian and Jute Sacking (Inspection) Rules, 1964, in clause (11), after item (c) and the entries relating tnereto, the following Item and entries shall be inserted, namely: —
"(d) B-Twill jute baea IS: 2566-1965."
