S.O. 1504. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Electioncion Commission hereby appoints , in addition to the officer appointed vide its notification No. 434 / AP/ 62, dated the 5th September , 1962 , the Sub- Collector , Warangal to assist the Return- ing Officer for Mahbubabad Parliamentary constituency in the performance of his functions .
