S.O. 1505. In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein , is published for general information: -

HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE
"Election to Fill Casual Vacancy
In pursuance of Section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , 1 declare that Shri Nardeo , of Village Rajpur , Post Gurukul Vrindaban , District Mathura , Uttar Pradesh has been duly elected by the 76 - Hathras ( SC ) Parliamentary Constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the election of Shri Joti Saroop having been declared void .
PLACE: Aligarh .
