SUBJECT:—Import of Cotton seed oil and/or Soybean oil from U.S.A. under the Agricultural Commodities Agreement signed on 30th September 1964, between the Government of the United States and the Government of India under Title I of the U.S. Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act, as amended (P.L. 480)—Purchase Authorisations No. 39-150 and No. 39-150-OT both dated the 29th March, 1965.
No 31-ITC(PN)/65.—Attention of the importers is invited to the Public Notice No 26-ITC(PN)/65 dated the 12th April, 1965 on the above subject wherein the procedure prescribed in the Public Notice No. 96-ITC(PN)/64 dated the 1st Decem- ber, 1964, was re-inforced.

No. 32-ITC(PN)/G5.—Attention of the importers is invited to nnva '4' of IIIH Public Notice No. 29-ITC(PN)/65 dated the 26th April, 1965 on the above subject.
Importers should request the nominated bank in India to arrange for issuance of the letters of credit on the U.S. designated bank viz., "The Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Company, Chicago".
