8.O. 1563. In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein , is published for general information : -

HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE
"Election to fill casual vacancy
Inpursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , 1 declare that Sri R. Surender Reddy (Post) Maripada Mahbubabad Taluk Warangal District has been duly elected by the Mahbubabad Parliamentary Constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Sri Etikala Madhusudhan Rao .
PLACE: Subedari , Warangal . Dated the 10th May , 1965.
