RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 14 th May 1963

No. F. 3/41/65-CIE(R.O.)The Government of India hereby set up an Advisory

Board on Tax Credits for Exports. The functions of the Board will be to select

various export commodities and to formulate its recommendations with regard to

the grant of tax credit certificates, keeping In view the objectives enunciated in

the Finance Minister's Budget Speech of February 27. 1965.

The composition of the Board will be as follows:—

Chairman

1. Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce

Members

A senior officer from the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of

Finance 3. A senior officer from the Ministry In charge of the export commodity concerned. (335) 936 TTO*GA"ETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [P**t I-Stc. 1] The Chairman of the Board may appoint Technical Sub-committees to study th" problems In detail. Tha Board will adopt its own rul"" and procedures.
