ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st May 1963
S.O. 1731/IDRA/18G 65.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18-G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1051 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1961, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Cement Control (Sixth Amendment) Order, 1963.
2. It shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1965.
3. In sub-clause (2) (a) of the clause 6 of the Cement Control Order. 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) the figure "Rs. 99.75" shall be substituted by the figure "Rs. 108.10".
4. In sub-clause (2) (b) of clause 6 of the said Order the figure "Rs. 122.75" shall be substituted by the figure "Rs. 131.10".
5. In the said Order, for the Table below paragraph (A) of the Schedule, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
