NOTIFICATION .
New Delhi , the 3rd June 1965
G.S.R. 810,-In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agricul- ture (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1842 , dated the 24th December, 1964 , namely: -
In the said notification , for the words , figures and letter " the Central Govern- ment hereby specifles all Orders madenade under section 3 of the said Act in relation to foodstuffs , including edible oilseeds and oils , to be special orders for purposes of summary trial under the said section 12A " , the following shall be substituted, namely: -
" the Central Government hereby specifies-
( a) the Orders mentioned in column ( 2 ) of Schedule I hereto annexed , made by the Central Government ; and
(b) the Orders mentioned in column ( 3 ) of Schedule II hereto annexed , made by the State Government mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) thereof ,
under section 3 of the said Act in relation to foodstuffs , including edible oilseeds and oils , to be special orders for purposes of summary trial under the said section 12A .
