EXPORT INSPECTION COUNCIL
New Delhi , the 4th June 1965 .
S.O. 1808. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri S. N. De , Deruty Director General ( Inspection ) , Directorate General of Supply and Disposal , New Delhi , as a member ofof the Export Inspec- tion Council in place of Shri R.Shri R. N. Sarma . retired from service , and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of International Trade No. S.O. 3605 dated the 30th December , 1963 , namely: ---- retired
In the said notification for item 10 , the namely: - following item shall be substituted ,
" 10. Shri S. N. De , Deputy Director General of Supply and Disposal, General ( Inspection ) , Directorate New Delhi . "
