New Delhi , the 10th June 1965
SUBJECT : -Export of Molasses - Minimum f.o.b. price .
No. 4 / ETC ( PN ) / 65 . The Government of India have decided to hold in abey- ance the Public Notice No. 2 / ETC ( PN) 65 , dated the 1st June , 1965 , fixing the minimum prices of Molasses for export until further orders .
2. In the meantime , the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports will issue the necessary export licences for molasses on applications received by him on case - to- case basis on the merits of each case .
