S.O. 1885.-Whereas M / sDurga Parsad Ram Charan ( P ) Ltd. D 15/14 , Man Mandir, Varanasi ( UP ) or any bank or any other person have not come forward furnishing sufficient cause , against notice No. JCC . I / I ( CLA ) / 223/ 64/ 3542 dated 26th December 1964 proposing to cancel the licence No. P / SS / 1536260 / C/ XX/19 / CD/ 19-20 dated 27th November 1964 for import of German Silver Scrap for Rs . 6845 / - granted to said M/ s Durga Parsad Ram Charan (P) Ltd. , D 15/14, Man Mandir , Varanasi ( UP) by the Joint Chief Controller of Imports & Exports (Central Licensing Area ) New Delhi Govt . of India , in the Ministry of Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause 9 of the Imports ( Control ) Order 1955, hereby cancel the sald licence No. P / SS 1536260 / C / XX / 19 /CD/19-20 dated 27th November 1964 issued to M/ s Durga Parsad Ram Charan (P) Ltd. , D. 15/14 , Man Mandir Varanasi ( UP )
