I / I ( CLA ) / 223 /64 /3542 dated 26th December 1964 proposing to cancel the licence No. P / SS / 1536260 / C / XX/ 19 / CD /19-20 dated 27th November 1964 for import of German Silver Scrap for Rs . 6845/ - grantedto said M / s Durga Parsad Ram Charan ( P) Ltd. , D 15/14 , Man Mandir , Varanasi (UP ) by the Joint Chief Controllercoller of Imports & Exports (Central Licensing Area ) New Delhi Govt . of India , in the Ministry of Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause 9 of the Imports (Control ) Order 1955, hereby cancel the sald licence No. P / SS 1536 / 60 / C / X / 19 / CD/19-20 dated 27th November 1964 issued to M/ s Durga Parsad Ram Charan ( P) Ltd. , D. 15/14 .
