ORDER New Delhi, the 15th June 1965
G.S.R. 864.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Rice and Paddy (Restriction on Movement) Order, 1965, namely: —
1. This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Rice and Paddy (Restriction on Movement) Second Amendment Order, 1969.
2. For the Schedule to the Andhra Pradesh Rice and Paddy (Restriction on Movement) Order, 1965, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
