ORDER
New Delhi , the 16th June 1965
G.S.R. 865.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Pondicherry Coarse Grains ( Export Control ) Order , 1965 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Pondicherry Coarse Grains ( Export Control ) Amendment Order , 1965 .
2. After clause 4 of the Pondicherry Coarse Grains ( Export Control ) Order . 1965 , the following clause shall be inserted , namely :-
" 4A . EXEMPTION . Nothing contained in clauses 3 and 4 shall apply to the export or transport of coarse grains by the Food Corporation of India established under section 3 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 (37 of 1964 ) . "
