New Delhi , the 15th June 1965
S.O. 1956. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli ( Civil Courts and Miscellaneous Provisions ) Regulation , 1963 ( 8 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of July , 1965 , as the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force .

S.O. 1957. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Act ( 35 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of July , 1965 , as the date from which the jurisdiction of the High Court at Bombay shall extend to the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli .
