NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st June 1965
S.O. 1959. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , and after previous pub- lication as required by sub - rule ( 6 ) of jule 11 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Rules , 1964 , the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 771 dated the 6th March , 1965 , namely: -
In the said notification , for sub - paragraph ( 4 ) of paragraph 1 , the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely: -
" ( 4 ) prohibits the export in course of international trade of fish and fish products unless the same is accompanied by a certificate issued byby the Director, Central Institute of Fisheries Technology , Ernakulam or-
( a) any other officer of that institute ; or
(b ) uny officer of any of the Government Technological Laboratories situated at the ports of export ,
authorised in this behalf by the aforesaid Director to the effect that the fish and fish productsrm to the specifications as set out in the said Annexure . "
