NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd June 1965
S.O. 1960 .-- The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) , by The Adoni Oilseeds and Oil Exchange Limited , Adoni , andAdoni , and being satis- fled that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of three years from the 23rd June , 1965 up to the 22nd June , 1968 ( both days inclusive ) in res- pect of forward contracts in cottonseed.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
