NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the '25th June 19(55

G.S.R. 895.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (b) of sub-section (i), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act. 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri. S.Vasudevan, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Ex- penditure), New Delhi, as a director in the board of directors of the Food Cor- poration of India established under the said Act, in place of Shri B. N. Adarkar, Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Economic Affairs), and directs that the following amendment shall be ( 3 0 1) 3 02 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY pA*T II-SKC. *(JJ] madie in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 37 dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—

In the said notification, for entry (3), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"(3) Shrl S. Vasudevan,

Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Expenditure), New Delhi."
