" NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - clause ( 1 ) of Clauses 15 and 27 of the Iron and Steel Control ( Order) 1956 as amended from time to time and with the approval of the Centra Government, the Iron and Steel Controller notifies the following amendment to the selling prices of Schedule No. IV , prime quality steel and semis published under Ministry of Steel and Mines , New Delhi, Notification Nos . S.O. 1105 / ESS / COMM / IRON AND STEEL / 65, dated the Ist April, 1965 published in Part II , Section 3 ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 1st April , 1965 and Schedule No. V. Part I - A ( Fresh Unused Defectives ) published under Notification No. S.O. 770 - PRI / 84 /S.O. 770 - PRI / 84 / N / ESS.COMM/ Iron and Steel/ 15 ( 1 ) -27 ( 1 ) , dated the 6th March, 1965 published in Part II , Section 3 ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary da 6th March, 1965 . dated the

ERRATA
In the notification No. S.O. 1732 , dated 1st June , 1965 of the Ministry of Steel and Mines ( Department of Mines and Metals ) , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II - section 3 ( ii ) , dated 1st June, 1965 , the following correc- tions are to be made : -
( 1) On page 538 , under " Table I ( c ) .-- Coking coal of Grade Ato Grade H' , against the entry 'D' in the first column, the entry in the fourth column,
" 26.75 " should read " 25-75 " .
(2) On page 539 ,-
(a) on the twentysixth line, the figures and letters " 40 ° c ± 2 c . " should read " 40 ° c ± 2 ° c."
(b) on the fortyfirst line , the heading " I. COKING COAL : " should read "II. COKING COAL : " .
(3 ) On page 541 , -
(a) on the fifth line , the words " are or " should read " are for " .
(b) on the twentyfourth line the word " or " should read " for " .
(c) on the twentysixth line , the words " Sheelvata Bimalapore , Jaypore" should read " Sheelvata , Bimalapore , Jeypore" .
(d) on the thirtysixth line the word " or " should read " for " .
(e) on the fortyfirst line , the word " Chatak " should read " Chattak" .

(4) On page 542 , on the second line from the bottom, the word "poin " should read "point" .
(5) On page 544,-

(b) on the eighth line , the word "Prices " should read " prices " .
( c) on the thirteenth line , the ", " occurring between the words " ( State " and " or" should be omitted .
(d) on the seventeenth line , the words " de credere " should read " del credere" .
In the notification No. S.O. 1733 of the Ministry of Steel and Mines ( Deptt . of Mines and Metals ) , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II- Section 3 ( ii ) , dated the 1st June , 1965 , the following corrections are to be made:-
On page 545, under the " NOTE " , on the 3rd line, the word " and" occurring after " 1959" should read " as " .
