New Delhi , the 30th June 1965
S.O. 2142. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it under sub- section ( 1 ) of section 34 of the said Act , shall , in respect of offences punishable under sections 26 , 27 and 28 of that Act ,in rela- tion to any strike in any banking company in the State of Kerala , be exercisable also by the Government of that State for a period of six months .

S.O. 2143.
