No. 45 - ITC ( PN ) / 65 .-Attention of the Trade is invited to Public Notice No. 53 - ITC ( PN ) / 62 dated 17th May , 1962 as amended from time to time and to Public Notice No. 40 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated1st May , 1363 as subsequently amended by Public Notice No. 69 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated 27th June , 1963 on the above subject .
It has been decided that the provision relating to the " premium " on transfer of entitlements of dyes intermediates by the Mills / Registered Processors contain- ed in the Public Notices referred to above should be treated as having been de- leted .
