PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 14th July 1965
SUBJECT: -Scheme for licensing ofof cotton textiles of restricted varieties for export to the USA during the year 1965-66,
No. P. N. ( U.S.A. LICENSING ) / 4 OF 1965. Attention is invited to the Public Notice No. P.N. ( U.S.A. Licensing) ) / 2 of 1965 dated the 14th April , 1965 on the subject mentioned above .
2. Paragraph 9 of the above referred Public Notice is hereby substituted by the paragraph given below which will be operative with immediate effect :-
"A non - refundable charge of Rs . 250 per 10,000 sq . yds . will be levied by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council for issue of quotas . In case of quotas under category 031 which are allotted in pieces , the charges will be calculated on the total square yardage worked out at 0-348 square yard per piece for the total quantity allotted in pieces ."
