NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th August 1965
G.8.R. 1246.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rules (2 ) and ( 3) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order 1963 , namely:
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Fifth Amend ment Order , 1965.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the officis Gaette.
2. In the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963 , in the Schedule , after Expla- nation II , the following Explanation shall be inserted , namely :-
" III . In respect of superior kerosene and inferior gerosene sold in the States of Assam and Nagaland and in the Union territories of Manipur and Tripura , the amounts specified in the second column of the Schedule, against items ( i ) , ( ii ) and ( iii ) shall be încreased by four rupees and fifty paise, eighty three paise and three paise, respectively"
