NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th August 1965
S.O. 2696.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section17 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely: ---
1. Short title and commencement .- ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Export of Enamelwares ( Inspection Rules , 1965 ) .
(2 ) They shall come into force on 1st October , 1965 .
2. Definition . In these rules " enamclware " mean enamelware for home use .
3. Procedure of Inspection. The provisions of the Indian Standards Institu- tion ( Certification Marks ) Act , 1952 ( 36 of 1952 ) , the Indian Standards Institu- tion ( Certification Marks ) Rules , 1955 , and the Indian Standards Institution (Certificate Marks ) Regulations , 1955 , shall , so far as may be , apply to the inspeс- tion of enamelware prior to export .
