New Delhi , the 26th August 1965
8.O. 2700.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powerspo ers conferred on it to makeme orders under clauses ( c ) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to the prices , stocks and transport of grass and hay be exercisable in the district of Vidisha of the State of Madhya Pradesh also by the Collector of that district.
2. This order shall remain in force up to 30th November , 1965 commencing on and from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India.
