NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th August 1965
as S.O. 2702. In pursuance of clause 4 of the Colliery Control Order , 1945 , continued in force by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines ( De- partment of Mines and Metals ) , No. S.O. 1732 , dated the 1st June , 1965 , namely :--
In the said notification , in Table III , for the existing entries in the second , third and fourth columns against the entry in the first column , "Margherita collieries of the Assam Railways and Trading Company " , the following entries shall be substituted , namely : --
