New Delhi, the 28th August 1965
S.O- 2701/ESS.COMM/Iron and Steel-15(l) and 27(1).—The following Notifica- tion issued by the Iron and Steel Controller under Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 15 and Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 27 of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order 1956 is hereby published for general information.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 15 and Sub- Clause (1) of Clause 27 of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order 1956, and with the approval of the Central Government, the Iron and Steel Controller is pleased to notify as follows: —
For supply of imported steel of the following categories on or after the date of publication of this Notification, price control is hereby withdrawn and, as such, the procedure for pricing as laid down in Notification No. S.O. 712/ESS. COMM/ Iron and Steel-15(l) & 27(1) dated 27th February, 1965, published in part II Section 3(ii) of the Extraordinary Gazette of India No. 39 dated 27th February, 1965, will not apply henceforward on these materials:
