NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th August 1965
G.S.R. 1252.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rules ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963, namely :-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Sixth Amend- ment Order, 1965 .
( 2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 21st August , 1965.
2. In the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Fourth Amendment Order , 1965 , paragraph 2 shall be omitted and paragraph 3 shall be re - numbered as paragraph 2 .
