SUBJECT.-Export of Coal and Coke
No. 9 - ETC ( PN ) / 65. It is notified for the information of the trade that it has been decided to canalise with effect from 1st September 1965 through the Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation all exports by Steamer of Coal ( as defined in the Colliery Control Order , 1945 as amended from time to time ) .

SUBJECT .- Amendment of the description of sub - serial No. 93-94 ( d ) V in the Red Book for April 1965 - March 1966 .
No. 78 - ITC ( PN ) /65.-Attention is Invited to the description against sub - serial No. 93-94 ( d ) / V under column 2 of Section II of Import Trade Control Policy Red Book for April 1965- March 1966 period . The existing description of sub- serial No. 93-94 ( d ) / V under column 2 in the current Red Book may be deemed to have been substituted by the following :-
"Scientific and medical including surgical instruments , equipment and appliances and parts thereof , made wholly / mainly of rubber and /or made wholly / mainly of glass including laboratory glassware " .
