ORDER
New Delhi , the 1st September 1965
S.O. 2786.-In continuationon of the order contained in Notification bearing S.O. No. 2700 dated the 26th August , 1965 , issued by the Department of Agriculture , Ministry of Food and Agriculture , Government of India and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1956 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it to make orders under clauses ( c ) , ( d ) and ( f ) of the sub - section ( 2 ) of the said Act shall , in relation to the prices , stocks and transport of grass and hay be exercisable in all the other Districts of the State of Madhya Pradesh also by the Collectors of those Districts .
2. This order shall remain in force upto the 30th November , 1965. com- mencing on and from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India.
