NOTIFICATION
CUSTOMS AND CENTRAL EXCISE
New Delhi , the 7th September 1965
G.S.R. 1346. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 75 read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 160 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) and section 37 of the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Customs and Central Excise Duties Export ( General ) Rules , 1960 , namely :-- These rules may be called the Customs and Central Excise Duties Export Drawback ( General ) Sixty - seventh Amendment Rules , 1965 .
2. In the First Schedule to the Customs and Central Excise Duties Export Drawback (General ) Rules , 1960 , in column ( 3 ) , against Serial No. 25 , the follow- ing shall be inserted , namely:-
"With effect from the 28th November , 1964 to the 4th April , 1965 .
Two rupees and five paise per kilogram of Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic content , and thirty paise per kilogram of copper content .
With effect from the 5th April , 1965 onwards-
Two rupees and thirty paise per kilogram of Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic content, and one rupee and forty one paise per kilogram of copper content ."
