NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th September 1965
No. 12 / 2 / 65 - E . Pty . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of Rule 133 -V of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby orders that all immoveable property in India , belonging to or held by or managed on behalf of all Pakistan nationals , shall vest in the Custodian of Enemy Property for India with immediate effect .
2. Nothing in this notification shall apply to any such property , belonging to or held by or managed on behalf of such of the Pakistan nationals as are employed in the different Missions of the Government of Pakistan in India .

No. 15 / 4 / 61 / E.1 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 131 - A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby prohibits the import and export of all goods , whether direct'y or indirectly , into or from any port cr place in India , from or to any port or place in Pakistan .
