ORDER
New Delhi , the 9th September 1965
G.S.R. 1349. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1) of section 5 of the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 ( 13 of 1885 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby orders that-
(i ) no message shall be transmitted to or from an aircraft except such message as is for the purpose of safety of the aircraft or for the purpose of regulating air navigation;
( ii) any message transmitted to or by any aircraft shall be intercepted or detained by and the person, transmitting or receiving such message shall disclose it to , any Controller of Aerodromes , Controller of Com- munication, Aerodrome Officer , Assistant Aerodrome Officer or Senior Communication Officer , Communication Officer or Assistant Communication Officer , Assistant Technical Officer in- charge of Aeroautical Communication Station or any officer of the Army , Navy or Air Force of the Union .
