New Delhi, the 11th September 1965
G.S.R. 1351.—Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that in the inte- rest of the public safety and tranquillity the issue of an order under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Aircraft Act; 1934 (22 of 1934) is expendient:—
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause fb) of sub- section (1) of the said section 6, the Central Government hereby makes the following order, namely:—
