New Delhi, the 14th September 1965

G.S.R. 1382.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1055), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Rice (Movement Control) Order, 1957, namely: —

1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Rice (Movement Control) Second Amendment Order, 1965.

2. In item (iii) of the first proviso to clause 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Rice (Movement Control) Order, 1957, the word "or" shall be inserted at the end and after that item the following item shall be inserted, namely: —

"(iv) by or on behalf of the Dandakaranya Development Authority."

This Order may be called the Orissa Rice (Movement Control) Amendment Order, 1965. (451)

2. In item (iv) of the first proviso to clause 3 of the Orlssa Rice (Movement Control) Order, 1964, the word "or" shall be Inserted at the end and after that it"m the following item shall bo inserted, namely: —

"(v) by or on behalf of the Dandakaranya Deralopment Authority,"
