S.O. 2862.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 B of the Indian Railways Act 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Bhola Nath Sarma, District and Sessions Judge, Jorhat as part time Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the Railway- Accident involving 3 UP Mail between Seleng Hat and Amguri stations on the Mariani-Tinsukia Section of Northeast Frontier Railway on 23rd July, 1963.
