ORDER
New Delhi , the 15th September 1965
G.S.R. 1387. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Governinent hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1957 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control) Second Amendment Order , 1965 .
2. In the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1957 , - ( i ) for sub - clause ( 2 ) of clause 11 , the following sub - clauses shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( 2) Where any licensee has been convicted of an offence under any law relating to foodstuffs for the time being in force , the licensing authority may , having regard to the nature and gravity of the offence and the circumstances in which it was committed , suspend or cancel the licence .
( 3 ) A copy of the order suspending or cancelling the licence under sub- clause ( 2 ) shall be communicated to the licensee .
( 11 ) in Form II after para VI the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:-
"VIA The licensee shall not contravene the provisions of any law relating to foodstuffs for the time being in force ."
