8.R.Ο. 18- Ε.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 90 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Control of Navigation Order , 1965 [ published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence ( Navy Branch ) No. S.R.O. 17 - E , dated the 11th September , 1965 ] , namely-
In the Schedule to the said Order , after the entry "4. Kuwait" , the fol- lowing entry shall be inserted , namely:
"5. Port Said" .
