NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th September 1965
G.S.R. 1389.-In pursuance of Clause ( a) of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 107 of the Defence of India, Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in the Schedule annexed hereto , to exercise the powers of the competent authority under rule 116 of the said rules .
2. This notification shall apply only in relation to movable property, the pur- chase of which is the responsibility of the Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals .
THE SCHEDULE
1. The Director General of Supplies & Disposals .
2. The Additional Director General in the Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals .
8. The Deputy Director General ( Supplies ) , New Delhi and the Deputy Directors General ( Supplies and Disposals ) at New Delhi and Calcutta .
4. The Directors of Supplies and Disposals and the Directors of Supplies at New Delhi , Calcutta , Bombay , Madras and Kanpur .
