NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th September 1965
G.S.R. 1394.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. Balasubra- manian, Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Food and Agri- culture (Department of Food ) , New Delhi , as a director in the board of directors of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act , in place of Shri Krishan Chand , Director General ( Food ) andand Additional Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department ofofFood) and directs that the following further amendment shall bebe made in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Depart- ment of Food ) No. G.S.R. 37 , dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely:-
In the said notification, for entry ( 2 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( 2 ) Shri R. Balasubramanian , Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Food and Agriculture , ( Department of Food ) , New Delhi. "
