IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT. Grant of emergency licences for spare parts .
No. 83 - ITC ( PN ) /65 .--Attention of importers is invited to Public Notice No. 13- ITC ( PN ) / 57 , dated the 21st February , 1957 reproduced in Appendix 43 of the current Red Book for 1965-66 .
It has been decided that all applications for the grant of emergency licences for import of spare parts should be submitted to the concerned licensing autho- rities through the sponsoring authorities .
No. 84 - ITC ( PN ) / 65 .-- Trade and industry and all others concerned are hereby informed that the Office of the Joint Chief Controller of Imports and Exports (Central Licensing Area ) having jurisdiction over the whole of Rajasthan, Punjab , Delhi and Himachal Pradesh , has been shifted from 'B ' Barracks Janpath, New Delhi to ' Y' Shaped Building , Inderaprastha Estate , New Delhi .
The para 5 ( ix ) of Chapter I of the Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1964 , may be deemed to have been amended accordingly .
