ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 22nd September 1965
S.O. 3033. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 (18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , the following shall be added after item 16 ( v) : --
" ( vi ) Export to Italy of ( i ) Cotton Textiles others , plain , raw , of other types and ( li ) Cotton Textiles others , plain , bleached" .
2. This Order shall come into force with immediate effect .
