S.O. 3034. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 126 - J of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. N. Banerji . Chairman , Central Board of Excise and Customs and ex - offlcio Addi- tional Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) , as Administrator in addition to his own duties , with effect from the forenoon of the 13th September , 1965 , vice Shri R. N. Misra .
