G.S.R. 1433.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Centra¹ Government , being satisfied that, for the maintenance of the Security of India, it is necessary so to do ,do, hereby makes the following amenamendment to the notification of the GovernGovernment ofof India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 154 - Cus . dated the 14th September , 1965 , namely :-
In the said notification , after the word "Pakistan " , the following shall be in- serted , namely : -
"unless the Central Government otherwise directs" .
