ORDER
New Delhi , the 28th September 1965
G.S.R. 1471.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreignera Act , 1946 ( 31 of 1946 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Foreigners ( Restriction on Pakistani Nationals ) ( Second Amendment ) Order , 1965 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .
2. In the Foreigners ( Restriction on Pakistani Nationals ) Order , 1965-
(1 ) in paragraph 3 , for the words "No Pakistani national " , the words " Save as otherwise provided in this Order , no Pakistani national " shall be substituted; and
(ii) for paragraph 4, the following paragraph shall be substituted , namely : - "4. No Pakistani national employed in a Pakistani Diplomatic or Consular Mission in India or the wiwife or any child of any such person shall-
(a) leave the local limits of the city in which he or she is resident , or
(b) leave India by land , air or sea to except in accordance with such regard to route , time and place of in a permit issued by the Central of External Affairs . " a destination outside India, conditions , including those in departure , as may be specified Government in the Ministry
