New Delhi , the 28th September 1965
G.S.R. 1470.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 1118 dated the 1st July , 1963 , namely:-
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and word " 30th September , 1965 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st March , 1966 " shall be substituted .
