NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st October 1965
G.S.R. 1492.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rules ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1983 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Ninth Amend- ment Order , 1965 .
( 2) It shall come into force at once .
2. In the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963 , in the Schedule-
( 1 ) under the sub - heading " ( a ) Superior " , in the second column , against one paisa " the words substituted; item ( ii ) for the words " three rupees and " three rupees and fourteen paise " shall be
(2) under the sub - heading " ( b ) Inferior " , in the second column , against item ( ii ) , for the for the words " Ninety - four paise" and seven paise " shall be substituted. the words " one rupee
