GS.R. 1494. In exercise of the powers conferredcred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section of the Central Excises and Salt Act . 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) and in supersession of the etification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department f Revenue ) No. 132 / 65- Central Excises , dated the 20th August , 1965 , the Central ' overnment hereby fixes for mineral colza oil falling under Item No. 11 -A of the irst Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) , the tariff alue of Rs . 660.00 per kilolitre at fifteen degrees of Centigrade thermometer .
