NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 7th October 1965

S.O. 3158.—In exercise of the. powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Act, 1962 (62 of 1962), the Central 'Govern- ment hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme issued with the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. S.O. 3945, dated the 25th December, 1962, namely: —

1. This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance (Fifth Amendment) Scheme, 1965.

2. In the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme, in paragraph 13,—

(a) the proviso to sub-paragraph (1) shall be omitted; (b) for the words "seven days" wherever they occur, the words "fifteen days" shall be substituted.

[No. 101(17)-INS. l/65-ERI(i).]S.O. 3159.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 3 of the Emergency Risks (Factories) Insurance Act, 1962 (63 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Riskes (Factories) Insurance Scheme issued with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No, S.O. 3948, dated the 26th December, 1962 namely:— 1. This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Factories) Insurance (Fifth Amendment) Scheme, 1965. ( 1015)

(a) the proviso to sub-paragraph (1) shall be omitted;

(b) for the words "seven davs" wherever thoy occur, the w> ids "lifteen days" shall be substituted
